Stretched
Elastic only goes so far
somethings snap in half
limits must be set
boundries must be drawn
inside a land of comfort
everything seems right
step out and into something new
one's scared, and full of fright
it can be done, it can expand
but the stretching hurts
a cycle it will prove to be
from comfort to insecurity
and back to comfort again
Being stretched is not all bad
it makes you who you are
but it is painful as can be
a terrifying new land to see
